¡Ay, Dios mío! ¿Otra vez la maleta? Vale, vale… prepárense, fanáticos de las escapadas, porque acabo de regresar de ¡El Heath Inn: ¡El secreto mejor guardado del Reino Unido te espera!, y tengo mucho que decir. Literalmente, mucho. Es un torrente, un tsunami de opiniones, emociones… ¡Y quizás un poco de obsesión! Así que, agarren su café (o su copa de vino, ¡yo no juzgo!) y prepárense para un viaje conmigo.
Acceso y Accesibilidad (¡Crucial!)
Primero, lo primero: Accesibilidad. ¡Importantísimo! Y aquí, El Heath Inn gana puntos, aunque no perfectos. Wheelchair accessible me dejó muy contenta: ascensores, rampas… todo bien pensado. Ojo, no esperen la perfección absoluta, pero el esfuerzo se nota. Sé que mi amiga María, con su problemilla en la rodilla, lo agradecería mil veces. Además, Facilities for disabled guests con cosas como Facilities for disabled guests ¡Bravo a la gente que pensó en todos!
Internet (¡OMG, Necesito Saber!)
¡El pánico! ¿Internet? ¿Podré subir mis fotos de Instagram (¡esencial para la vida modern!)? ¡Respiro aliviada! Free Wi-Fi in all rooms! ¡Y funcionaba! No como en otros sitios donde el Wi-Fi es más fantasma que otra cosa. Internet access y Internet [LAN] (para los anticuados… como mi primo Pepe) también. ¡Excelente! Internet services en general, un 10. En las zonas comunes, Wi-Fi in public areas también estaba a la altura. ¡El mundo digital a mi servicio!

¡Ay, la limpieza! ¡La higiene! ¡Con todo lo que está pasando…! Aquí, muy contenta. Anti-viral cleaning products, Daily disinfection in common areas, Rooms sanitized between stays, Staff trained in safety protocol… Todo. Todo me dio tranquilidad. Ver el Sanitized kitchen and tableware items y el Hot water linen and laundry washing me hizo sentir segura. ¡Y eso, en estos tiempos, es oro puro! Cashless payment service siempre es un plus. ¡OJO! Quiero hacer mención especial al Happy hour. ¡Una maravilla! (Confieso que me sentí culpable por las copas… ¡pero valió la pena!). Me encantó, que tenía Desserts in restaurant (¡soy una golosa!) y Salad in restaurant. Dia 1: Llegada, Intimidad, y la Bendita Cerveza Fría (con un toque de "¡ay, mi maleta!")
- 14:00 Llegada al Aeropuerto (¿Dijo alguien "Jet Lag"? ¡Yo creo!): Escena completa, todo el drama. El vuelo, eterno. Los niños gritando (y yo… respirando profundamente, MUY profundamente). La maleta… ¡Horror! ¡La perdieron! (¡Tranquilos, ya la encontraron! ¡Por poco me muero del susto!). ¡Pero bueno! Lo bueno es que llegué a la tierra prometida… bueno, a Inglaterra.

La recepcionista, una señora muy amable con un acento que me costó entender al principio (¡pero qué encanto!). La habitación… ¡Limpieza impecable!
